Duvall Cultural Commission Openings

 

The Duvall Cultural Commission (DCC) is currently accepting applications for vacant positions. Anyone with a love of the arts and community are welcome to apply.

 

DCC is a seven to nine member, City of Duvall commission. Commissioners are appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council to serve a three year term. DCC is an all volunteer organization with a city staff liaison.

 

Regular meetings are held the second and fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 PM. Commissioners should be available to participate in DCC sponsored events.

It would be helpful for candidates to have experience or a strong interest in any of the following: non-profit finance, visual art, public art, promotion & media, graphic art, writing, working with teens and children. Essential requirements include a love for the arts, a desire to be involved, and a willingness to take on responsibility


Applications will be reviewed beginning January 15th and will remain open until all positions are filled.

 

Commissioners must live within the Riverview School District boundaries. Interested applicants please fill out the DCC Commissioner Application.
